These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and vk22 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at vk22.io. • You do not already hold an active or suspended account on the vk22 platform. Only one account per player is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be voided.
• You are participating willingly and voluntarily. Players who have previously requested self-exclusion from vk22 must not attempt to register a new account.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. vk22 reserves the right to verify this information at any time using third-party identity verification services. Accounts where false or misleading information has been provided may be suspended immediately, pending investigation, and any funds held within such accounts may be withheld pending resolution.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vk22 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not it was authorised by you — is your sole responsibility.

vk22 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single deposit amount is subject to the limits of the payment method used and any account-level limits applied by vk22. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as your vk22 account. vk22 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person.

Deposits are credited to your vk22 account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. vk22 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure. Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. vk22 will not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which vk22 has no control. Where bonus funds have been credited to your account, those funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement in full before they may be included in a withdrawal request. Withdrawing before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.

vk22 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and seasonal promotional events to eligible registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In addition to those specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all vk22 promotions:

• Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds or winnings is permitted.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games and markets specified in the individual promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not count toward meeting the wagering requirement.
• Bonuses are issued in BDT only. The monetary value of any bonus will be specified in BDT at the time of issue.
• vk22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modification does not affect bonuses already credited and in active wagering progress.

All bets and wagers placed on the vk22 platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in which they are placed. These rules are made available within each game or market section of the platform. Players are responsible for reviewing the applicable game rules before placing any wager.

For sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other markets, the following general rules apply:

• Bets placed after an event has officially commenced may be voided at vk22's discretion if accepted in error.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, affected bets will be settled in accordance with the rules of the specific market as displayed at the time of bet placement.
• vk22 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time where there is reason to believe that the integrity of the event may be compromised.
• All settled bets are final. Requests to amend or cancel a settled bet will not be considered except in cases of manifest technical error.

For live casino games operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other certified providers, the rules of each game table govern the outcome of all rounds. Where a technical failure interrupts a live game round, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to players. vk22 is not liable for losses arising from network interruptions on the player's side.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the vk22 platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of these activities will have their account suspended immediately, any pending withdrawals withheld, and any winnings derived from prohibited activity voided:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the vk22 platform, whether under the same or different identity details
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical glitches to generate credits or winnings not legitimately earned
• Money laundering or using the vk22 platform for any financial transaction intended to disguise the origin of funds
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or address information at any stage of the registration or verification process
